Drama Teaching

Based in Limerick, with in-person classes and tuition available in Limerick and the surrounding areas and online tutoring worldwide. I am a qualified Drama Educator and Pastoral Leader with over seven years’ experience teaching in high-performing international schools across Ireland, the UK, Hong Kong, South Korea, and China.

My drama teaching is grounded in the belief that theatre is a powerful tool for developing confidence, communication, and a strong sense of self. I create structured, supportive learning environments where young people are encouraged to take creative risks, collaborate with others, and develop their expressive skills through performance.

Classes draw on a range of drama and theatre practices, including:

  • ensemble-building and group devising

  • voice, movement, and character work

  • improvisation and performance exploration

All sessions are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate, supporting students’ personal growth and creative potential.

At the heart of my work is helping young people develop confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of self, through
performance, collaboration, and purposeful
challenge.

What I Teach

  • Drama and Performance Class

    Group classes for children and young people (ages 11–18), focused on confidence, creativity, and ensemble skills.

  • LAMDA Tuition

    1:1 or small-group exam preparation for LAMDA Performance and Speaking examinations. Available in person in Adare/Limerick and online.

  • Online Academic and Drama Support

    1:1 tutoring for IB, IGCSE, GCSE, and A Level students.

  • Adult Public Speaking Tuition

    1:1 or small-group coaching designed to build confidence, clarity, and presence. Ideal for presentations, conferences, interviews and anyone looking to speak with greater ease and impact.
